There's a master HOA of about $80/month, but some sub-communities carry an additional HOA fee on top of that. Definitely factor both into your budget before you fall in love with a house.

This four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath traditional two-story sits at the median price point for Adams Farm. It has vinyl and brick siding (common throughout the neighborhood) and a single-car garage. The home has LVP flooring but has not been renovated, so buyers should budget for updates. It's not near the lake, and the HOA is just the $80 master fee — no additional sub-community HOA.
Home 2: Buy-Up in Highream — $559,000
Built in 1993, this all-brick, four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home is roughly 3,300 square feet on a 0.35-acre lot. It's partially renovated with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances — more updates than many homes in Adams Farm. It doesn't have a direct lake view, but the 17-acre lake and its 5 miles of trails are close by.
Home 3: Six Bedrooms in Bridal Glenn — $599,000
The most expensive of the three, this 1997-built home is also the newest and most updated. At just over 4,700 square feet, it offers six bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, marble countertops, updated flooring, and updated systems. A standout feature is the third floor — extra living space that works as a media room, office, or hangout area. Like the others, it carries only the $80 master HOA.
